Sanocyn forte Solution
Sanocyn forte Solution is a ready-to-use rinsing and cleansing solution that is preserved by hypochlorous acid (HOCl). It rinses dirt and crusts from skin, hooves and claws and keeps the area around wounds clean. The mechanical rinsing makes it easier to remove dirt, cell debris and microorganisms. Developed with veterinarians and available exclusively through the veterinary practice.

Areas of use
- Cleansing and rinsing of skin and the area around wounds
- Moistening bandages and dressings, loosening crusted dressings at bandage changes
- Cleansing of paws, for example after road salt
- Cleansing, rinsing and moistening of acute, chronic and contaminated wounds, for example cuts, grazes, bite wounds, lacerations and crush wounds as well as postoperative wounds
- Cleansing of hoof, claw, frog and pastern

Recommended combination
Solution and Hydrogel are designed as a system. Rinse with the Solution first. After one to two minutes, apply Sanocyn forte Hydrogel: it adheres for a long time and keeps the area moist.
- Expose the area. If needed, soften crusts with a mild soap solution and remove them.
- Rinse generously by spraying with Sanocyn forte Solution. A soaked cotton pad can be used instead.
- Let the solution dry. There is no need to wipe or rinse it off.
- If needed, moisten a bandage with the solution and apply it.
- Repeat several times a day.
- Clean the hoof or claw carefully with a hoof pick.
- Rinse hoof and frog by spraying generously.

Notes
- Follow the veterinarian's instructions where applicable.
- Read the labelling and product information before use.
- For external (topical) use only. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Store at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.
- Do not decant into other containers.
- Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
- Do not use together with other wound-cleansing products or with solutions containing silver, iodine or polyhexanide. Active chlorine has an oxidising effect.
