Sanocyn forte Hydrogel
Sanocyn forte Hydrogel forms a protective film on injured skin and keeps it moist. The gel is preserved by hypochlorous acid (HOCl). Its adhesive consistency means it stays in place for a long time, even in hard-to-reach areas. It complements Sanocyn forte Solution as a system for skin, hoof and claw.

Recommended combination
Recommended as a system: rinse with Sanocyn forte Solution first, then apply the Hydrogel after one to two minutes.
- Expose the area and clean it with Sanocyn forte Solution. The gel adheres better to dry skin.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Apply the Hydrogel in a targeted way and generously. It is absorbed slowly and does not need to be rinsed off.
- Cover with a bandage if needed. If contamination is not expected, the area can be left uncovered.
- Repeat several times a day.
- Clean the hoof or claw carefully with a hoof pick.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Spray hoof and frog generously with the Hydrogel.
- Afterwards, keep the animal on clean, dry bedding where possible.
- Repeat several times a day.
Notes
- Follow the veterinarian's instructions where applicable.
- Read the labelling and product information before use.
- For external (topical) use only. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Store at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.
- Do not decant into other containers.
- Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
- Shake the bottle before each use.
- Do not use together with other wound-cleansing products or with solutions containing silver, iodine or polyhexanide. Active chlorine has an oxidising effect.
